Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
If you believe your order was mis-shipped, please contact email@example.com with the order # in the subject line and an explanation of the incorrect item you received, we'll happily do what is needed to correct the issue. Otherwise, within 30 days of original purchase, follow the instructions at kotisdesign.com/returns. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
To make changes to your order before your order has shipped, please contact us with your order# and explanation at firstname.lastname@example.org.
