Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
For orders delivered outside of the US - please email email@example.com with the order number, a description of the issue.
For orders delivered within the US - that you believe were mis-shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order # in the subject line and an explanation of the incorrect item you received, we'll happily do what is needed to correct the issue. For regular returns and/or exchanges, you may also contact the email above within 30 days of the original purchase with your order # and a description of what you would like to do so that a customer service representative can guide you through the return/exchange process. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
To make changes to your order before your order has shipped, please contact us with your order# and explanation at email@example.com.
