It is the goal of The Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) to provide economical shipping options for our customers from around the globe. When you reach the Checkout page, you will be shown the least expensive shipping option first, but you will also be able to choose from a variety of shipping carriers and expedited shipping options at an additional cost.
Orders are shipped via: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL from our fulfillment partner, Kotis Designs. In-stock orders are shipped the same business day (M - F) from January through August, and within two business days in September, October, November, and December, if the order is placed before noon Pacific Time. You will get a tracking email when this happens.

Orders with a shipping address located outside the U.S. should expect delivery within 14-45 transit days, due to regular transit time and customs processing times. Additionally, please note for orders shipped overseas via USPS (United States Postal Service), the tracking status may not update for 10-14 days, sometimes longer— even to display that it was picked up by USPS. An international order is deemed "lost in transit" if the shipment has not reached its destination within forty-five (45) days of the shipment date.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products in a single package, however some items such as posters may ship separate from other merchandise. If an item is on back order at the time your order is placed, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
We have no control over duties or taxes that may be assessed. We fill out all customs paperwork with information that is accurate and correct to the best of our knowledge. Any duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the recipient.
MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your order is held up in customs we are happy to provide additional documentation if needed. However we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays as these are out of our control.
